Our Rates

Recommended to perform annually. Clean main burner orifice; clean blower wheel; inspect/test modular board; inspect and clean combustion chamber; inspect fan motor; inspect and clean vent tubes.

Furnace Service

Recommended annually.
Examine shroud for damage and cracks; check compressor voltage, replace air filter, clean and unclog A/C roof drains; check for proper temperature drop across the evaporator coil (Delta T test).

Air Conditioner

Recommended to perform annually. Verify refrigerator is properly vented (roof and sidewall); clean and adjust burner and orifice; check unit is tight in compartment, inspect doors and seals; clean roof vent and check baffle.

Refrigerator Service

Drain fresh water tank and water heater; pump anti-freeze through water lines with water heater bypass already installed; includes up to 2 gallons of anti-freeze.

Winterization

Orientate customer with exterior and exterior components. Including setup, breakdown, water system setup, use of propane. Other items as needed.

RV Orientation

Wheel Bearing

Recommended to perform annually. Check condition of anode rod/plug; check relief valve; adjust burners and electrodes; check thermocouple; check module board; check complete operation; remove any nests, etc.
